We value the lives and safety of our contractors. Seatbelts are proven to greatly reduce the risk of dying or being seriously injured in a motor vehicle crash. Of course, seat belt usage is also a federal requirement for commercial drivers under FMCSR 392.16. Because of our commitment to driver safety and compliance with the law, our company has adopted the following policy regarding seat belt usage. All contractors, and their passengers are required to use a seatbelt when traveling in any vehicle while in the course of conducting company business.Failure to abide by this stated policy will be considered a violation of our company policy and will subject the person who is in violation to disciplinary action, which could include suspension and possible termination of contract.

Forsage strives to ensure that our family members' needs are met to the best of our ability. While many drivers are on the road for weeks at a time, when you need to be at home with your own family, we can get it done. Our driver managers work hard and communicate regularly with management staff so that driver requests are in our systems far in advance. We will always do our best to attempt to route you home under a load, but if we cannot, we will continue to work diligently to find a way to get you there. 98% of our drivers have their home time requests met. Our operations team is measured by this goal, and we are diligent in meeting the needs of every driver in our fleet.

Pet Policy

Your four-legged friends are certainly welcome at Forsage. Non-aggressive breeds under 30 lbs are eligible under our pet policy. A separate security deposit will be required for cleaning.

Passenger Policy

Forsage allows passengers and family members over the age of 18 in your cab through our riders policy. Separate, low-cost, company-sponsored riders insurance must be purchased on their behalf. Additionally, please note that some customers will not allow passengers and/or pets on their property, and our Driver Managers will inform you if arrangements must be made to address this.
