Modern trucks

Our trucks come with the latest safety features.

Trucks like the Peterbilt Model 579 are equipped with systems like Bendix® Fusion™, which offer collision mitigation features. This includes the Fusion Stop & Auto-Go™ function, which automatically applies brakes in heavy traffic and resumes driving when it is safe to do so, helping to avoid accidents during congestion.

Trucks from Volvo and Peterbilt offer Lane Departure Warning systems, which alert drivers if they unintentionally drift out of their lane. This is crucial for preventing accidents due to distraction or drowsiness.

Volvo trucks feature advanced tire pressure monitoring systems that not only alert drivers if pressure drops by 20% but can also allow earlier warnings, enhancing both safety and fuel efficiency

Dry Van and Flatbed Driver Positions

  • Age: Applicants must be at least 23 years old.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of cross-country tractor-trailer driving experience, including all four seasons.
  • Driving Record: No more than three moving violations in the past three years, and no major preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
  • Criminal Record: No convictions for DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, or felonies.
  • Stable Work History: Must have worked with no more than two companies in the past year.
  • CDL: A current, valid Class A CDL is required.
  • Training: Complete the Forsage orientation program, which includes classroom training and a road test.
  • Documents: Provide a federal identification number or Social Security number.
  • Tests: Pass all U.S. DOT driver qualification requirements, including a physical exam, drug test, clearinghouse check, and road test.

Get safety aproval

Once your application is received, our safety team will conduct a thorough review. This includes pulling your PSP, MVR, Clearinghouse, DAC Report, Employment Verification, and Criminal Background checks. We will score you based on your records. Once you receive safety approval – congratulations! You’re one step closer to becoming part of the Forsage team.

Schedule Your Orientation

After you’ve been approved, it’s time to schedule your orientation. During this process, you’ll go through essential training on safety protocols, FMCSA regulations, and our company policies. You’ll also become familiar with the Forsage culture, which sets us apart from others in the industry. Our goal is to make sure you’re fully prepared to hit the road. BE THE FORCE. BE THE AGE.
