Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
  • Minimum age: 23
  • No more than 3 violations in last 3 years
  • No DUI in last 5 years
  • No equipment abandonment history

We do NOT hire from: CA, OR, WA, LA, MS, AL

Equipment

  • Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia & Volvo (2020–2026)
  • Transmission: Automatic
  • Speed: Governed at 70 mph
  • Territory: 48 states, NO NYC
  • Freight: 70% tarped loads

Typical Weekly Costs

Costs vary by truck year and usage. Below are typical ranges.

Weekly Truck Lease Payment

  • 2025+ Model Year $950 – $1,050/week
  • 2024 Model Year $875 – $950/week
  • 2023 Model Year $800 – $875/week
  • 2022 Model Year $725 – $800/week
  • 2021 Model Year $650 – $725/week

Fixed Weekly Deductions

  • Occupational/Accident Insurance $95/week
  • Physical Damage Insurance $225/week
  • Bobtail Insurance $35/week
  • Escrow (maintenance reserve) $100/week
  • Fuel & Tolls Usage-based (not fixed)
Note: These are typical costs and may vary based on specific truck selection, driving record, and other factors. Actual costs will be detailed in your lease agreement.

One-Time Deposits

Amount: $3,000 (capped maximum)

This deposit is held as security and is refundable upon successful completion of the lease term or return of equipment in good condition. The cap ensures you never pay more than $3,000 regardless of truck value.

Amount: $500 – $750

Covers straps, tarps, binders, and other flatbed securement equipment provided with your truck. Refundable upon return of equipment in acceptable condition.

Amount: $250 – $400

Covers the electronic logging device (ELD), dash camera system, and tablet provided for dispatch and communication. Refundable upon return of devices in working condition.

Earnings Overview

  • Gross Paid to Truck (weekly) $8,000 – $12,000
  • Weekly Miles (typical) 2,500 – 3,200 miles
  • Take-Home (example after costs) $2,500 – $4,500

What Affects Your Earnings

  • Miles driven: More miles = higher gross
  • Fuel efficiency: Better MPG = lower costs
  • Load selection: Strategic routing matters
  • Home time: More OTR time = more earnings
